Worker shares what McDonalds does with breakfast eggs that may have customers up in arms

The New York Post reports that a McDonald's whistleblower has lifted the lid on one breakfast secret that the fast food chain may not want its customers to know about.

According to the Post's article, the whistleblower is a young TikToker named Shay who has been known to expose the fast food chain's secrets.

Shay claimed that the breakfast food was prepackaged and pre-mixed. Nothing was made fresh in the restaurant.

Shay's followers were shocked to hear that McDonald's breakfast eggs were already pre-made, folded, and wrapped in plastic. They are then simply warmed up and served to the customer.

In response to Shay's video, one social media user claimed that 20 years ago, eggs were made fresh and folded in the McDonald's restaurant.
