In an article in The Daily Dot, a TikToker goes viral for recommending a Walmart job that does not require an interview.

The TikToker, Marcella Gibbs is known for posting videos about jobs and side hustles. Naturally, she was very excited to find that there was a Walmart job that did not require an interview.

The job was a remote customer service job. No interview was required although the job did require six months of customer service experience.

In addition, there was an assessment test that the job seeker would have to take.

In her TikTok video, Gibbs says,

“So this is a work-from-home position for Walmart. They’re looking for a customer service rep, so if you’re looking for you know a good starter job… word on the work-from-home street is that for this position there’s no interview. So once you pass the assessment, depending on how many people they need to hire they’ll offer you a position. So no interview to work for Walmart.”

As for the pay, it was a solid $15 per hour remote work option.

However, some commenters who saw Gibbs' TikTok video weren't too impressed with the pay. One person responded back to say,

“15? The bakery I made 18.50 come on Walmart do better”

It wasn't just the pay. There was a catch - the assessment test for the job was also reported to be quite difficult to pass.

Finally, one TikToker who had actually worked at this job decided to give their own piece of advice,

“I used to work for them. Don’t do it!”
