In an article in Yahoo News, a photographer scrolling through wedding photos makes a shocking discovery when she zooms in on a particular photo of the bride's hands.
The photographer named Laura looks at photographs of the bride and groom feeding each other wedding cake.
She notices something "odd" about the bride's ring. She looks at other shots and photos of the bride with her hands out. She notices that there is a gold band but there is nothing on it when there was supposed to be a huge diamond there.
The bride's diamond had fallen off her ring.
The photographer, Laura, posts the incident of the bride's missing diamond on her TikTok where it garnered thousands of views.
The good news was that the ring was eventually recovered at the wedding venue after an employee managed to find it on the dance floor.
Laura wrote this in the caption of her video,

TikTokers who watched Laura's video shared their own fears of losing such an expensive and sentimental diamond.
A lot of comments turned out to be advice about taking care of the ring,
“Oh no! Always make sure the diamond is set in platinum, it’s usually what jewelers use for the prongs,”
Laura's video had a happy ending after the bride found her diamond but it also serves as a reminder on how jewelry should be safeguarded.
