In an article in The Daily Dot, an AutoZone worker's car gets repossessed while he is on his lunch break but it is the behavior of the repo man that is causing waves.
RepoReaper is a TikTok creator who also repossesses cars. He makes videos of himself repossessing the cars.
In one recent incident that went viral, the repo man films himself taking back an AutoZone worker's vehicle.
He says in his video,
“I just repo AutoZone worker car while on lunch break.”
“He tried to make tuff ball with me; it’s not my fault, I’m just doing my job.”
The video goes on to show the repo man attaching a winch to the car and pulling it onto a truck platform. However, in the middle of these actions, the repo man makes some additional moves.
He starts to perform some dance moves and pushups to music while the AutoZone worker whose car is being repossessed is visibly upset.
When the video was posted, it received a mix of comments. There were some who thought that the repo man was just having a lot of fun while others criticized his actions.
One commenter wrote,
“Nah, emoting in his face mid repo is such a high level of disrespect,”
On the flip side, another commenter wrote,
“Bro enjoy his job a little too much.”
Another commenter claimed that he wouldn't mind his car being repossessed as long as the video went viral.
“I’m finna stop paying my car so i can be in one of these.”
