Seabrook awaits Seattle's best food.

Washington's quiet beach resort is waiting for some of the best Canlis alums and Seattle chicken pop-ups. The Pacific coast attracts visitors and vacationers to the walkable kid-friendly town. The Vista Bakeshop opens on July 2 and features pastries, bread, desserts, and so much more.

The husband-and-wife duo behind the Vista is Grace Bryan and Kameron Kurashima, both of who worked at Canlis in Seattle. The Cookie Country Chicken is also ready to pop in Washington with the taste of Seattle. It will open in mid-July in Seabrook.

The sample menu includes breakfast burritos and sandwiches, fried chicken tenders and sandwiches, fried cauliflower, three 'Picnic Pack' options with portable meals for four people. Seabrook will have two taste houses from Seattle, and people and vacationers can now enjoy the same taste in Seabrook. The pop-up chicken will serve Wednesday through Sunday until the end of the year.
