A perfect Sunday brunch recipe, lemon, and thyme roasted chicken.

So, I made this lemon and thyme roasted chicken last weekend for my family and friends. We had a Sunday brunch meet, and I thought this would be a perfect recipe. You need fresh thyme, sea salt, garlic powder, ground pepper, roasting chicken, lemon, sweet onion, thyme sprigs, cloves, and lemon wedges.

Preheat the oven and mix the minced thyme, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Place the chicken in a roasting pan, squeeze the lemon juice over the chicken and sprinkle the thyme mixture. Now, stuff the chicken with lemon halves, onion, thyme sprigs, and garlic. Now, roast the chicken for one and half hours until golden brown. You can cover the chicken with foil. Remove the chicken and serve with lemon wedges.
