My preparation for a birthday party is an excellent banana pudding recipe. This recipe uses simple ingredients that everyone probably already has. In a small bowl, I whisked three eggs together, then set the bowl aside. Then I Combine Dry Ingredients that are 2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, a dash of salt, and whisk in your milk. I cooked the mixture until it began to thicken. Once, it begins to bubble. Slowly pour a small amount of the milk mixture into the eggs, constantly whisking so that the eggs don’t scramble. I poured the mixture back into the pan and whisked constantly. Then I stir in 1 ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract. Allow the pudding to cool for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. My favorite ingredient, add the sweetened condensed milk to the pudding. The pudding will naturally thin out a little after you add the milk. Add the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and the remaining teaspoon of vanilla extract, then the banana slices, and then the pudding. Most importantly, I Covered and refrigerated pudding overnight. Just before serving, crush the remaining vanilla wafers. At last, I Served and enjoyed an amazing banana pudding!!
