Refresh your mood with grilled corn salad, an easy and quick recipe

I love salads, and I just keep on making new salads. I heard about this grilled corn salad and thought to prepare it for my family. It is really easy to make and super healthy. All you need for the salad is ear corns, plum tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper, green onion, and cilantro leaves. For the dressing, take olive oil, lemon juice, white sugar, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. All you have to do is cook corn for 6 to 12 minutes until it's golden brown and easy to handle. Place the corn in a large bowl and add the ingredients well. Then take a bowl and prepare the dressing and pour it on the corn salad and chill it to serve.
