CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH — Cleveland, Ohio musicians Joe Tomino and Mike Sopko will perform in a live music event on September 5 starting at 7:30 p.m. EDT at the B Side Lounge, 2785 Euclid Heights Boulevard, Cleveland Heights, OH 44106.
The doors of the venue will open at 7:00 p.m. and those who are allowed to watch this musical performance are those aged 21 years or over.

While growing up in Cleveland, Joe Tomino had played all genres of music such as punk rock, jazz, reggae, hip-hop, classical and electronic. While attending Cleveland State University, Tomino studied classical percussion and performed with the Cleveland Youth Orchestra under the supervision of the Cleveland Orchestra.
In 2000, he moved to New York City with his wife to make music. At that time, Tomino had the opportunity to record, tour, and perform with a number of artists such as The Fugees, Lady Gaga, Mike Patton, Wyclef Jean, Matisyahu, Blondie, Rahzel, Del Amitri, Lauren Hill, and etc.
Meanwhile, Mike Sopko, also a native from Cleveland, Ohio, had played in a number of local bands as a teenager. At the same time, he also studied with local Cleveland Jazz/Fusion guitarist, Steve Gordon.
In 2003, after moving to Oakland, California, Sopko led many projects, including MCR with G. Calvin Weston, The Golden Measure with Simon Lott, Cascading Liquid Rainbows with Dosh, Chris Lopes, and the Glimpse Trio/Duo with Hamir Atwal and Chris Lopes.
For years, Sopko had many opportunities to record and perform with artists such as Bill Laswell, Thomas Pridgen (Mars Volta), Dave King (Bad Plus), Dosh, Tyshawn Sorey, Hideo Yamaki, Dj Logic, Raoul Bjorkenheim, Chris Pitsiokos, Hamir Atwal, Los Lobos, and many more.
