A woman who was clinically dead for about 15 minutes claims that she spent about five years in heaven and has detailed memories of what it was like.
Dr. Linda Kramer went to the toilet in the early hours of the morning on May 6, 2001, and felt like she was going to sleep, but she was actually experiencing what would have been a far more final rest than simple slumber.
She would subsequently learn that she had been declared medically dead for about 15 minutes, but during that time, while being treated by paramedics, she said she felt like she'd been in heaven for five years.
Because 'time did not exist' as we would understand it, she stated that she would measure the passage of time based on how far she had traveled through this world she had now found herself in.
She utilized that to track time as she went through heaven, assuming she could walk at a speed of three to six miles per hour in real life.
Dr. Linda discovered that in this domain, she could take any form she desired and even become other people she met in heaven, and the world itself was full of stunning vistas.
"That's when I found myself standing in what I termed the field of flowers. I was observing the mountain range 30,000 times huger than Mount Everest. There's a huge mountain range over in the back of wherever I was. I could see buildings with skyscrapers. Dubai are like little miniature huts in comparison. I saw lakes, I could see everything from a panoramic view. So I'm there interacting with people, talking to people, becoming them." (Quote by Linda Kramer)
However, a scientist has stated that life after death is simply not possible because consciousness remaining beyond death is nearly impossible, implying that once you're gone for good, you're gone for good.
