Join the City of Loxley to celebrate its Annual Christmas in the Park event and Christmas parade! This event will take place at the Loxley Municipal Park located off Highway 59 in Loxley.
The parade, which begins at Loxley Church of God on Highway 59 and ends at the Loxley Municipal Park, will begin at 6 pm Friday, December 9, 2022. Enjoy multiple floats as they toss candy and stuffed animals for the kids and young at heart! The parade will last around an hour.
Immediately following the parade at approximately 7 pm, there will be a lighting of the tree ceremony. In addition, there will be food trucks, live music, and face painting. Special guests, Mr. and Mrs. Clause will also be in attendance! If you would like to have pictures taken with Santa, please be sure to bring your phone or a camera. Both the parade and the Christmas in the Park event attracts a large crowd, so be sure to be there early! The festivities will conclude by 9 pm.
Loxley, located in the heart of Baldwin County, Alabama, is adjacent to I-10 and the Alabama Gulf Coast. The Central Baldwin area is experiencing rapid growth, but Loxley is still known as the “biggest little town in Baldwin County”. Other notable events in Loxley include The Baldwin County Strawberry Festival which is held annually in April at Loxley Municipal Park as well.
Loxley Municipal Park is located at 4198 Municipal Park Drive. The park boasts a walking trail, a disc golf course, playground, and baseball fields.
