Located in Loxley, Alabama, this restaurant has been operating for over 12 years. Right off I-10 at Exit 44, Cozumel is the first Mexican restaurant you will find if you are headed toward the beaches. This establishment boasts indoor, outdoor, and bar seating. Their menu has many authentic Mexican dishes including chimichangas, tacos, burritos, and a large selection of margarita flavors. With multiple televisions and all the cheese dip and chips, you can eat, be sure to check out Cozumel Mexican Grill while in Loxley! Cozumel Mexican Grill also has a food truck that travels to local events.

At El Paisita you will find an extensive menu with all your favorites. Located in the heart of Loxley, this restaurant is also just a few minutes from Interstate 10. Kids will enjoy seeing their mascot, Mango the parrot, during Cinco de Mayo. With many unique dishes, like their loaded fajita potato, you are sure to find your favorite. 3. El Rodeo Mexican Restaurant

Open since 1998, El Rodeo has been a staple of Robertsdale, Alabama for over 20 years. Local favorites include their nachos, tacos, and quesadillas. If you would like to try something different, order their Sopa De Molcajete! This soup is made with cactus, Mexican cheese, and jalapenos. You can find their full menu on their website. El Rodeo is currently in the construction phase of a new building located on the same property as their current restaurant.

While it is the newest addition to Central Baldwin County's Mexican Restaurant list, it is already a local favorite. Located on Highway 59, their location is easy to find. With a wide variety of authentic Mexican dishes to choose from, they have something for everyone. The taco salad and mini changas are the dishes to check out here.
