Last week Christine Brown announced that she has a new "exclusive" boyfriend following her split from Kody Brown.
“Car confessions! So I just have to tell you, I am dating someone exclusively,” Christine, 50, revealed via her Instagram Stories on February 7. “He’s wonderful and romantic and so kind and everything I’ve been looking for. [He’s] incredible with [my and Kody’s daughter] Truely. He’s absolutely a dream come true.”
Christine promised to provide more details about him soon, but before she got the chance someone revealed the man to the press.
According to OK! Magazine, the new man is 59-year-old Utah construction executive, David Woolley. Her new man lives in Herriman, Utah (which is ironically just 30 minutes from Meri's new home) and it from San Diego, CA, originally. He is said to own his own construction business, David Woolley Drywall, and is a widower with eight children.
David is new to Instagram, but is already followed by Christine. He posts photos with his grandchildren and off-roading equipment. He also appears to be a "Star Wars" fan.
Christine announced she was leaving Kody in 2021 after 25 years of marriage.
"To hear that he wasn't attracted to me, it was terrible to hear," Christine told host Sukanya Krishnan on the end-of-the-season special. "And it's super embarrassing right? Ugh. I just got to thinking, 'You know what? It really just goes both ways.'"
She continued, "After he said that, I was kind of like, 'Oh, well then I'm done. Then it's over. It was almost a relief. 'Well then I'm not going to keep fighting for this, and I'm not going to keep trying and I'm not going to keep doing this if you're not attracted to me. So everything that I've done for you, for the family means nothing.'"
