"Young and the Restless:" Has Nick lost trust in Adam without knowing about him and Sally?

In the latest episode of The Young and the Restless, Nick is very relaxed while talking with Sally about his brother Adam. Of course, he has no idea what's been going on between Sally and Adam while he's been away, but even so, he's not worried about him.

What's more, he sounds like he's not interested in making sure Adam gets back on track anymore. He's not against Adam, but he doesn't seem willing to help him out anymore. Instead, he thinks Adm should choose his own way and won't interfere in his life much.

How will Nick react once he finds out about the kiss? What about when he knows Adam is doing all he can to remind Sally about what they had together?
