"Young and the Restless:" Is Nate going to guide or tell on Adam?

Victor had a more inquisitive talk with Nate in the latest episode of The Young and the Restless, and it was all about Adam. This time, Victor would like Nate to play a double role.

He said it would benefit Adam if Nate could advise him and encourage him so Adam could somehow move forward from his negative attitude and become more reliable. At the same time, Nate isn't supposed to just be friends with Adam and make sure he does well.

Victor also asked him to find out if there were any lies. And to find out if Adam is being sincere when he says he wants to change.

The question is, can Nate do both things or will he just resort to saying bad things about Adam so Victor removes him from the company once and for all?
