"Young and the Restless:" Is Audra's career about to end after she fired Kyle?

The last episode of The Young and the Restless left us wondering if Adam is going to give the information he has on Tucker to Jack. As he mentioned, he would like to gain something as well, but if word goes around about the coverup Tucker did, Audra Charles's career will be affected, too.

She helped Tucker with the PR coverup, and both of them are sure that information can be seriously damaging.

Could it be that after she let Kyle go and did all she could to keep Nicki happy, Audra is about to fail professionally because of Adam?

Should she have thought better about firing Kyle since she won't have that many people around to support her if things end up badly for her? Is there any way she could negotiate her way out of it and let Tucker bear all the losses?
