A man who lives in Belgium has come up with a new way to make friends. As he walks on the streets of Belgium, he pauses to ask people about dancing.
The result of these interactions is wholesome.
What are the details?
Ed is a man from Belgium who's found a different way to interact with the people on the street. Dancing is what brings them together as he stops to ask different people he meets while walking around the city about their favorite dance moves, according to Sunnyskyz.
No matter their age or their cultural background, everyone is happy to teach him how to dance their way. And the joy and smiles that come of it are wonderful to witness.
The man posted a video of these interactions on social media, and the online community reacted positively, seeing just how many smiles were exchanged.
Ed tried Indian dance moves, Morrocan ones, Serbian, "confident body moves," Rock'N'Roll, the "Pepper Grinder" mom dance, the "fancy walk," "The Head Holder," or Reggaeton, and could replicate each one.
"Can we all take just a second to admire how my man's nailed every dance move taught to him? Such an awesome video idea," one commenter wrote on seeing the clip.
"What gets me is how excited everyone got when asked. The actual dancing and cultural sharing are amazing, but that little moment of 'oh, someone wants to know about something that makes me happy' is so profound, universal, and personal all at once. That's what's really getting me every time I watch this," was another reaction to the video.
"That was so heartwarming - everyone was just smiling so genuinely during the dances. Especially the elderly, so great."
"I had no idea what I expected from this, but it's so wholesome. Every single one has incredible vibes. I especially love the elderly people getting involved like they're going back to the times they cherish most," was another take on it.
"This has got to be one of the most peaceful videos on the internet involving people. Just makes me smile watching it."
"This was so beautiful, just seeing a bunch of strangers dancing happily together was wonderful to witness!" a commenter concluded about the amazing way to share cultural values while having fun and cherishing each other's heritage.
