Little girl bakes cupcakes to get presents for foster kids: “They deserve a good Christmas and a home”

Summer Linn has set out to help foster kids who feel left out this holiday season. She wants them all to realize that they are “wanted and loved” during this festive time.

What are the details?

The little girl is decided to make the holidays better for all foster kids, so she’s started baking cupcakes and will be selling them until Christmas time, according to Sunnyskyz.

She plans to use the money to buy Christmas presents for foster kids because she is convinced that sometimes Santa has a harder time finding them.

"He's very busy. They get moved a lot. Seriously. They deserve a good Christmas. They need a good home,” she shared with the outlet.

During Thanksgiving break, Summer didn’t play or have fun at home with friends and family. Instead, she set up shop close to a shopping center and had plenty of cupcakes ready for everyone passing by, one box for $5. She prepared no less than 2,063 cupcakes in her first batch!

Summer is doing her best to step in for Santa, and she’s already sold enough boxes of cupcakes to get 13 presents.

“They’re special no matter what anyone says or does,” she added.

Turning cupcakes into Christmas gifts has never been this tasty, and if you add in all the love and kindness this little girl puts in helping other kids, you will surely realize what a wonderful time it is to be thankful for everything you have and to do your part to make Christmas better for so many foster kids.
