They are the oldest brewery company in America, set up after David Yuengling arrived from Germany in 1829 and made up his mind to make beer. It all started in Pottsville, Pennsylvania.
And now, they decided to team up with a woman who might just be the oldest beer fan in the US! She got a special delivery that couldn’t fail to bring smiles.
What are the details?
Margaret Dilullo is possibly the oldest beer-drinker in America and she never fails to have one can each day, according to Good News Network.
So, the brewery took up a kind initiative and drove up a big truck right up to her front door. Margaret got an amazing early birthday gift in front of her house in Spring Township.
The delivery “package” consisted of 20 cases of her all-time favorite beverage no less!
Margaret will turn 107 soon, and she is convinced that drinking one can of Yuengling Lager every day is the secret to a long life. The silver-haired lady who goes to church often and sets an example to her community is known for attributing the many years she could carry off without major issues to this drink.
“There are five generations of her family,” Debbie Yuengling, who is working in her family’s business, D.G. Yuengling & Son, shared with the outlet. And that links to the six generations of Yuenglings.
Let’s all raise a toast to Merry Margaret! There’s so much more to life and happy endings than we can guess!
And beer may just be the next technique to stay young at heart and in looks.
