DECATUR, GA - Join Deanna and the MudFire team as they teach you how to make your one-of-a-kind pottery.
Don’t miss out on joining MudFire’s pottery classes this summer and create that special mug or bowl for a loved one. For $50 per person, you will be able to make two to three pots over the course of two hours. You will also be able to select your own glaze colors to spice up your creation while Mudfire does the fire and finishing work for you. All extra pots made during the class will not be charged an extra fee.
Because pottery takes several weeks to dry and fire, it will take up to six weeks for your pots to be ready. MudFire offers domestic and international shipping service to send your finished works and you will not be charged if you plan on picking them up yourself. You can consult with the staff for the exact shipping rates.
This experience is open to ages 8 and above, so bring your kids along and experience something new. All children are required to be supervised by an adult. If you’re bringing your children along with you, MudFire recommends booking for their morning classes.
All participants will be required to wear a mask inside the studio.
MudFire is an all-day open studio for all pottery enthusiasts, students, part-timers, professional potters, and sculptors around Atlanta to utilize. The studio is open 57 hours a week and is open to membership applications for those of you who need access to all equipment, glazes, and firings at the studio.
