GWINNETT COUNTY, GA - The Department of Water Resources of Gwinnett County will hold Water Resources Job Fair on July 31. There will be various openings available with professionals' guidance on career opportunities and view demonstrations during the event.
DWR provides safe, clean water for nearly one million residents of Gwinnett County, as well as sustainable protection of local waterbodies. This department is producing more than 70 million gallons of water and providing sewer services t to more than 240,000 customers to support our water, sewer, and stormwater systems within the county region.
The job fair will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Water Resources Central Facility located at 684 Winder Highway in Lawrenceville, Gwinnett County. The candidates are suggested to attend for at least a couple of hours in business casual attire. Since the event will take a while, candidates are encouraged to bring a snack and any other items that they need to stay with until the event is over.
Candidates will be able to discuss career opportunities, view demonstrations, and interview for open positions during the event with professionals from DWR. Anyone who applies during the event will be given a rare opportunity to complete the first phase of the hiring process and any conditional job offers may be extended during this event.
