What inspired you to write your book?

My struggles and experiences inspired me to write this book. I wanted to share my journey of breaking bad habits and adopting healthy ones to manifest positive changes in my life. I believe many people struggle with the same issues I did and I wanted to offer them practical tips and insights on overcoming those obstacles.

How did you come up with the title for your book?

The title, "Habits4Miracles," was inspired by my belief that our daily habits and routines have the power to create miracles in our lives. I wanted a title that would reflect this idea and also be memorable and easy to remember.

What sets your book apart from others in its genre?

Habits4MIRACLES focuses on the power of the mind and how we can use it to manifest miracles in our lives. It's not just about breaking bad habits, but also about adopting new, healthy ones to help us achieve our goals and live our desired lives. I also offer practical and easy-to-implement daily activities that readers can implement to start seeing results immediately.

What do you hope readers will take away from your book?

I hope readers will realize the incredible power they hold within themselves to create positive change in their lives. I want them to understand that their thoughts and actions shape their reality, and by adopting healthy habits and shifting their mindset, they can manifest the life they truly desire. I also hope readers will feel inspired and empowered to act towards their goals and live their best lives.

Can you tell us about any challenges you faced while writing this book?

Writing a book while juggling a professional job and being a full-time parent is challenging. Evenings were typically occupied with children's classes and family time, so I sometimes begin my days at 4 or 5 AM to ensure that I have ample time to focus on writing.

Who do you think would benefit most from reading your book?

Reading Habits4MIRACLES can benefit anyone who is willing to adopt new habits and shift their mindset to make positive changes in their life. The book is not restricted to any particular age group or demographic; instead, it offers insights and techniques that can help anyone unlock the power of their mind and manifest miracles in their life. in my book.

How do you think being a writer has helped you as a person?

Writing this book has taught me a lot about myself and the power of my mind. It has forced me to reflect on my habits and behaviors and be more mindful of how I think and act daily. This journey has ignited a fire within me, fueling my passion for living a healthy, disciplined, and purpose-driven life. I am now more motivated than ever to continue this journey of self-discovery and to inspire others to unlock their own potential and achieve greatness.
