In recent years, Seattle, Washington, has become a huge hot spot for millenials. Housing is certainly not the cheapest in the United States, but due to its beautiful views, restaurants, coffee shops, entertainment, and other exciting and fun things to do, Seattle, Washington, has become an incredibly popular spot to move to.

I hope to visit there eventually, but until then, I will have to rely on recommended spots from places like Yelp to know which eateries to check out when I hopefully visit there. While I certainly plan to check out the tourist attractions like the Space Needle and Pike Place Market when I get there, I also want to be aware of some of the best places that serve my favorite meal of the day - breakfast. If you are interested in hearing about some popular breakfast hot spots in Seattle, Washington, as well, definitely feel free to read on as we explore three different ones.

1. Bang Bang Cafe

Bang Bang Cafe comes highly rated on Yelp, with around a four star rating. They offer all kinds of breakfast options, like traditional breakfast burritos along with vegan burritos. They also feature bagels, and even comfort food dishes for lunch/dinner such as vegan macaroni and cheese. Their menu items are suitable for vegans and non-vegans alike, and they state on their website that their cafe:

"is located in Belltown, where we serve up burritos, bagels, coffee, pastries, and more!"

If you are looking for a quick grab and go style option before work, whether it be a fresh coffee, breakfast burrito, or pastry, Bang Bang Cafe just might be the Seattle hot spot for you.

2. Wayward Vegan Cafe

Wayward Vegan Cafe in Seattle, Washington, offers a plethora of unique breakfast menu items, including garden benedict, country fried burrito, suns over Seattle, and much more. Just to give you an idea of the kinds of foods they create, the garden benedict is described as:

"Grilled "eggy" tofu slices, fresh spinach, creamy pesto, zesty bruschetta mix, avocado and parmesan on top of a grilled English muffin, covered with cashew hollandaise and cheddar cheese sauce. Served with seasoned flowering kale."

If you ask me, that sounds like an incredibly delicious option. I am a huge fan of vegan tofu scramble, so this vegan breakfast would likely be right up my alley. If you are a savory breakfast person, there are a ton of options at Wayward Vegan Cafe, so it might be a Seattle breakfast place worth checking out.

3. Broadfork Cafe

While Broadfork Cafe is known for their healthy meal options for lunch/dinner, they also offer a variety of delicious breakfast/brunch foods, including smoothies like peanut butter and kale smoothies.

Eater Seattle describes it as follows:

This welcoming U District spot serves classic health-conscious vegan fare — quinoa and rice bowls, salads, soups, and sandwiches — with an emphasis on locally-grown ingredients.

If you are in the mood for a vegetable or fruit packed breakfast or brunch, specifically a refreshing smoothie, Broadfork Cafe in Seattle, Washington, is a cafe that might be worth checking out.

Final Thoughts

Seattle is certainly not lacking in restaurants and coffee shops, and breakfast is no exception to that rule. As we have explored, there are plenty of popular breakfast spots with mouthwatering menus and delicious foods to try out. While I have only mentioned three hot spots in Seattle, Washington, there are certainly others that you can research and check out as well.

Who knows, maybe you will end up finding your favorite fresh, warm stack of pancakes, smoothie bowl, avocado toast, or whatever else you are looking for in a breakfast spot. The point is, you have to try a variety of places to find your favorite options. Do your research, explore various food spots in the Seattle area, and you just might be surprised by what you eventually find.
