A 66-year-old man who lived his whole life in deception got the biggest shock of his life when he found out that he was actually a woman

One day this man went to the hospital because of the swollen abdomen, where he found he his actually a woman.

According to the Hong Kong Medical Journal, the doctors discovered that the patient was female after finding out that the abdominal swelling was due to an ovarian cyst.

According to the doctors, the condition resulted from two rare genetic disorders.

The man also appeared to have Turner's syndrome, a genetic disorder that affects only one in 2500 to 3000 females.

A genetic issue causes the disorder; its symptoms include infertility and small stature.

In addition, he also had congenital adrenal hyperplasia, which caused a surge in male hormones, making the patient, who had a beard and a "micropenis," seem like a man.

The man, who measured 1.37 meters (4.5 feet) tall and had grown up as an orphan since childhood, was also discovered to have no testes, experienced urine leaks at a young age, and stopped growing at the age of 10.

Men typically have X and Y chromosomes, whereas women have two X chromosomes. However, those with Turner Syndrome frequently only have one X chromosome or are missing part of their second X chromosome.

According to the journal, the man decided to "perceive himself as having a male gender with the possible need of testosterone replacement."

They also said: 'Were it not due to the huge ovarian cyst, his intriguing medical condition might never have been exposed.'
