1. Richmond

According to the report, approximately 7.5 million tourists visit the Greater Richmond region every year only to learn about history. 2. Chesapeake

Chesapeake is the 2nd fastest growing city in Virginia, with a population of about 30,154 residents. The population growth is 260 per cent greater than the state average and 660 per cent more than the national average.

Job growth in Chesapeake is positive, and around 1.3% increases in employment. The cost of living in the Chesapeake is 6.4% higher than the U.S. average.
