Have you ever walked back to your car and found it wasn't there anymore? There's that moment of panic wondering if it was stolen only to discover that it was towed instead.

That's precisely what happened in this story.

The man telling the story says he lives in a gated community where visitors have to get a parking pass from the office and park their car in special guest-designated parking. One night, he got home at 2 AM and found a vehicle parked in his spot. The parking pass showed an apartment number but not a building number and the complex is massive.

He was exhausted and wasn't about to walk into every floor of every building in an attempt to find the unit and ask the person to move their car.

He also couldn't park in the guest parking himself, because he needed a pass to do so and the office was obviously closed at two in the morning. So, as a last resort, he called a tow truck company. The next morning, he was on his way to work and the woman who got her car towed was waiting by his spot to say that he should've let her know to move her car.

She took a photo of his license plate and said he has to pay the towing fee.

Hundreds of commenters say it's insane that she would've expected him to knock on random doors that late at night. Plus, she was in the wrong in this situation.
