Travel to Maryland to Enjoy the Mac & Cheese Festival

Maryland is just a hop, skip, and jump from New York.

It's close enough to head there for an overnight or weekend trip. And you might want to for this event.

They're hosting a mac & cheese festival on May 20th, 2023 (that's this Saturday)!

Here's what you can expect from this event:

  • Over 15 mac & cheese vendors
  • Over 40 different types of mac & cheese to try out
  • Kids' fun zone with games and activities
  • Mac & cheese / french fry eating contests
  • Cheese fry bar
  • Craft beer garden
  • Live music / entertainment
  • Axe throwing expo
  • Vendors selling gifts / merchandise items

There are two different types of tickets you can purchase for the event.

General admission is $9.99 and gets you into the festival from 2 PM- 8 PM.

VIP tickets cost $49.99 and get you into the festival from 12 PM- 8 PM. You also get all-you-can-eat mac & cheese from 12-2 PM, a 2-hour exclusive open bar from 12-2 PM, a free order of french fries, a commemorative keepsake, and a 25% off coupon for other merchandise.

A few other details to note:

Children 10 & under get free admission after 2 PM.

All mac & cheese items will be purchased using food vouchers, not cash or credit/debit. Vouchers can be purchased on an as-needed basis at the event.

There will be other food and drink options that can be purchased using cash, credit, or debit.

You can expect to find funnel cakes, ice cream, cotton candy, hot chocolate, desserts, and other classic carnival goodies!
