Every day, millions of Americans across the country shop at Walmart. Some people even state that this is their favorite place when it comes to grocery shopping. However, not so many people know about the store's policy.

Customers may be eligible to receive a free gift card for complaining

Be honest, have you ever complained about a store's services? Even if you haven't, chances are you've been disappointed at some point. Well, you should know that at Walmart you might get a gift card if you complain about the services. At least that's what a former employee said, according to The Sun.

"If you received bad customer service, if an employee was rude to you, if you waited for a very, very long time for someone to help you and no one came, if you just feel like your service at Walmart was bad, you can complain to the store manager and if the store manager is nice and you're nice to them explaining your situation, they will most likely give you a gift card."

According to the same statement, the gift card can be anywhere from $25 to $50. It might not be much, but if it's free and you deserve it, why not?
