Tastes Great! Eat something delicious Green Chili Chicken and Rice.

Whenever I am in a dilemma, I prefer cooking something quick and healthy. It is a Fabulous one-pot dish of green chili chicken and rice. The recipe requires a multi-functional pressure cooker. I selected the Saute function. I added two tablespoons of olive oil and put two chicken breasts into the pressure cooker. Then I cooked it until browned. Then I combined green chile peppers, jalapenos, one cup of uncooked rice, tomato, onion. Add anaheim chile, cheddar cheese, salt, 1tsp seasoned salt, and pepper, and pour in chicken stock and mix. I kept it on high pressure and set a timer for 18 minutes. Finally, release the pressure carefully, unlock and remove the lid. Salt and pepper had a balanced taste. My family enjoys it whenever I cook this dish.
