Working from home has become a part of life for many of us. Since I started working from home, I've faced many challenges like balancing within personal and professional life, giving attention to your mental and physical health, and much more. The pandemic has adversely affected our lifestyle. When I came to know about this event, it sparked a little hope for rejuvenation in me. This event will include 30 mints of a yoga session and guided meditation. Both sound very relaxing to me. Moreover, they insist on performing this in a garden, so I'll be getting fresh air from outside. Sounds soothing. Isn't it? It will be held on 11 May 2021 (Tuesday) from 08:00 to 09:00 BST in the morning. I'm sharing this fabulous event with my colleagues and friends so that they can experience it too. Eagerly waiting for the event date to arrive.
