One must eat to live, not live to eat. I made a sweet & healthy dessert that is a low-fat and lower-calorie version of peanut butter fruit dip. I got this recipe on the internet. The ingredients required are simple. I bought one container of vanilla Greek-style yogurt. I got some at my home, 2 tsp peanut butter, 2 tsp honey, 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon, two tablespoons of chia seeds, and two tablespoons of flax seeds. I mixed yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and cinnamon in a bowl until blended and folded in chia seeds. I added crispy apple while serving. It is a yummy dessert.
Happiness is having a dessert that Healthy and sweet!
