Amidst the chaos of the pandemic, I find it difficult to get something positive from the surroundings. The setup around me looks more melancholy. To combat this mental issue, my sister suggested an upcoming Online event. Finding A Joy Focus in Difficult Times, on Tuesday, May 25, 2021, organized by Mental Health Partners. I have been well-timed to join the free event. The event focuses on managing stress. It helps to find new hopes, laughter, and connect the community. I'll be able to play games and chat with the team. Excitedly, Looking forward to feeding my dopamine void with some delights and stability in these Covid times. It will prove to be a leap of joy for many like me.
