The Glen's stream has a length of approx. 2 miles and descends 400 feet past 200-foot cliffs, generating 19 waterfalls along its course.

Buttermilk Falls State Park is a beautiful park that has a foaming cascade formed by Buttermilk Creek as it flows down the steep valley side toward Cayuga Lake. Besides the cascade, the park also has a small lake that can be admired.

The trails are taking you through woodlands and along the gorge and rim, and lead to the cascade and the small lake. Also, there are picnic areas, playing fields, campgrounds, and a pool.
