Herb and Cheese Squash Bread | Garden To Plate Recipe

If you have extra squash from the garden this herb and cheese bread is a great way to use some of it! Ingredients : 2 cups flour, Salt , Pepper , 2 tsp baking powder , 1/2 tsp baking soda , Rosemary, Oregano and thyme, (or whatever fresh herbs you like) 2 eggs , 1 cup shredded cheddar , 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup milk , 1 cup of shredded zucchini , Mix together dry ingredients, then wet ingredients. Squeeze moisture out of squash and mix all ingredients together. Pour into an oiled bread pan and bake for 40-45 minutes at 375 or until a toothpick comes out clean
