American Airlines Flight Warning - Don't let this happen to you on your next flight!

Take this as a warning for your future flights, especially with American Airlines & American Eagle Envoy (there smaller planes). We were leaving to Anguilla (from Miami Florida), 4 of us mind you, and 24 hours prior, we all got checked in, but for some odd reason, I couldn't select a seat. So I called the customer service & she said I would have to purchase an upgraded seat to be certain to gain access to get on the plane (thats odd considering all 4 of us booked our seats together?!). Obviously when we booked, we already had selected our seats and even took screen shots of them, but 3 months later (24hrs prior to departure), all the sudden I have to pay additional to get a confirmed seat?!?! Fast forward to the day of our flight, it was a nightmare and I got told 2 different reasons as to why I may not make the flight, but the rest of my party was good to go?! Give it a watch!
