Will County will be hosting a free shedding event on Friday, September 29th at Shorewood Village Hall from 10 AM to 12 PM CST.

The free Shorewood Shredding Day is free of charge and you do not have to set up an appointment in order to have your unwanted paper documents shredded up. However, the maximum amount of paper that you can have shredded is two boxes. If you have a lot of paper that needs to be shredded, then bring two large boxes.

The reason for shredding up documents instead of simply throwing them away in the trash will ensure that you will not be catfished in the future. You sure would need to protect yourself from identity thieves.

The Shorewood Village Hall is located at 1 Towne Center Blvd. right off of Jefferson Street (US Route 52).
