NFL Week 4 is now upon us. Here is a look at my picks for this week. All times are Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Last week: 7-9.

Overall Record: 28-20.

Thursday, September 28th

Detroit Lions (2-1) at Green Bay Packers (2-1) - 8:15 PM.

The Packers only won that game on Sunday after Saints QB Derek Carr was injured in the 3rd quarter. Pick: Lions.

Sunday, October 1st

Atlanta Falcons (2-1) at Jacksonville Jaguars (1-2) - 9:30 AM from Wembley Stadium.

Jacksonville's defense has shown that their pass defense can be exploited in their two losses. Pick: Jags.

Miami Dolphins (3-0) at Buffalo Bills (2-1) - 1 PM.

The Bills defense will not let the Dolphins score 70 on them. Pick: Bills.

Denver Broncos (0-3) at Chicago Bears (0-3) - 1 PM.

It's so sad that we already have an NFL game in which the loser of this game will already be in the driver's seat for the #1 pick next season. I'm not picking the Bears to win until QB Justin Fields gets rid of those braids. Pick: Broncos.

Baltimore Ravens (2-1) at Cleveland Browns (2-1) - 1 PM.

The Ravens should bounce back after their choke last week against the Colts. Pick: Ravens.

Cincinnati Bengals (1-2) at Tennessee Titans (1-2) - 1 PM.

The Bengals righted their wrongs last Monday. Who Dey? Pick: Bengals.

Los Angeles Rams (1-2) at Indianapolis Colts (2-1) - 1 PM.

Blame the NFL scheduler and jet lag for this one. The Rams played at Cincinnati on Monday and flew back to Los Angeles. Now, they have to fly to Indianapolis. Pick: Colts.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-1) at New Orleans Saints (2-1) - 1 PM.

Saints RB Alvin Kamara is back for this game, but QB Jameis Winston could be starting. Pick: Buccaneers.

Washington Commanders (2-1) at Philadelphia Eagles (3-0) - 1 PM.

The Eagles will not be overlooking the Commanders like they did last season. Pick: Eagles.

Minnesota (0-3) at Carolina Panthers (0-3) - 1 PM.

This game will also put the loser in the driver's seat for the #1 spot next season. The choking from the Vikings ends on Sunday. Pick: Vikings.

Pittsburgh Steelers (2-1) at Houston Texans (1-2) - 1 PM.

The Texans were able to take advantage of Jacksonville's woeful pass defense last week, but Pittsburgh's defense has been at a different level the past two weeks. Pick: Steelers.

Las Vegas Raiders (1-2) at Los Angeles Chargers (1-2) - 4:05 PM.

The Raiders are so down right now that WR Davante Adams was already chirping about the lack of execution from the team during the middle of the week. Pick: Chargers.

New England Patriots (1-2) at Dallas Cowboys (2-1) - 4:25 PM.

The Cowboys will not play that bad two weeks in a row. Pick: Cowboys.

Arizona Cardinals (1-2) at San Francisco 49ers (3-0) - 4:25 PM.

Brock Purdy has never lost a regular season game. Pick: 49ers.

Kansas City Chiefs (2-1) at New York Jets (1-2) - 8:20 PM.

Even "Broadway Joe" has turned on the Jets. Pick: Chiefs.

Monday, October 2nd

Seattle Seahawks (2-1) at New York Giants (1-2) - 8:15 PM.

Having an extra day to recover from a cross-country trip will make a difference for Seattle. Pick: Seahawks.
