Start off your Fourth of July weekend right by checking out an indie music extravaganza at The Goldfish in Los Angeles on Saturday, July 2nd at 8 PM PST. The venue will open up at 6 PM with tickets to the concert being $14 in advance or $16 at the door.
Starting off the show at 8 PM is the indie band Early Evil. The band has been together since they released their first EP in 2019. This group is a good one to start the concert off with because all of their tunes are pretty mellow.
Next up at 9 PM will be Enny Owl. Enny Owl is a folk singer from London, England that has been on the indie scene since 2018. Her music sort of sounds like Norah Jones. If you go to the concert, then let me know if she has the same hair style like the one in her most recent music video titled "Sandbox."
At 10 PM will be Edgar Everyone. Edgar Everyone has set the indie world by storm earlier this year with the release of his first single "Shasta Lounge." The song has a lively beat that will make anyone dance to it. Plus, the animation in the video is outstanding. I am surprised that he has not been called to be on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live.'
Last week, Edgar Everyone released his new single titled 'The Field.' The song has a nice '80's vibe that will rise up the indie charts this summer.
Closing out the show at 11 PM is Glacial Palms. Glacial Palms has been an dream pop indie band since 2012. Their style is very eclectic and unique.
Overall, you should have a good time if you go to the concert. The Goldfish is located at 5043 York Blvd. in Los Angeles.
