The Will County Coin Club will be holding their 62nd annual Rare Coin Show on Sunday, February 27th at the Clarion Hotel and Convention Center in Joliet, IL from 9 AM CST until 3:30 PM CST. All of the coin collectors and numismatic lovers will be out for this one.

Admission to the event and parking at the venue are absolutely free. At the door, there will be raffle prizes and hourly prizes handed out throughout the day. You could be a lucky winner if you show up and buy a few raffle tickets.

This event will allow for you to become a coin collector because coin collecting is a valuable investment. A majority of the coins that will be showcased will be either gold or silver like gold dollars, silver dollars, and buffalo nickels. Silver was removed from US currency in 1965, which means that any coins minted before then are worth plenty of money.

Also, the price of gold and silver goes up whenever there is a major crisis going on in the world. That means that if you buy any coins at this event, then you will be buying them at a bargain price before the prices increase due to the major conflict that is going on now in Europe.

If you have any children, then bring them to the event because there will be a youth auction for children 14 and under at 1:30 PM CST. This auction will allow for children to become lifetime coin collectors.

Security will be provided by the police department because these coins cost plenty of money. For further information, you can check out the Will County Coin Club's website.
