Trying opakapaka for the first time at Paia Fish Market in Lahaina

Adam's goal while in Hawaii was to try as many different types of fish as possible. At Paia fish market we tried opakapaka for the first time and absolutely loved it. There is no wonder why this fish market has so many locations across Hawaii. We also got a delicious mahi-mahi taco plate. We had so many amazing meals while in Lahaina!
