Eating Smoked Salmon at the Legendary Calumet Fisheries

Calumet Fisheries has been a Chicago staple on 95th street since 1948. Best known for their smoked fish and fried seafood this small but mighty shop serves up some of Chicago's best. They fry up tasty items like fish, shrimp and scallops. The real star of the show at Calumet Fisheries is the smoked fish. Popular items include smoked salmon, smoked trout and smoked whitefish. We had a great afternoon trying this iconic spot for the first time!
