Eating Out of this World New Mexican Cuisine at Albuquerque's Cocina Azul!

When we were in Albuquerque, New Mexico, we couldn't stop eating all the delicious local cuisine. The hatch green chile is perhaps more synomous with the cuisine of New Mexico than maybe any other ingredient in any other state. Maybe Georgia with their peaches, or Florida with their oranges, but neither are as delicious as roasted green chile. While in Albuquerque we had to stop at one of the top rated restaurants in the area, Cocina Azul. First things first, the staff at Cocina Azul was amazing, even on a busy day. Secondly, the food was even better than the amazing staff, which is saying something. While we love to try new places each time we visit a city, we're not sure we'll be able to pass up Cocina Azul next time we're in the Land of Enchantment.

Food and fun, that is what we love. And we love to find both of those things in our home city of Chicago, the Midwest, and beyond!
