Amado, AZ

I took a road trip around Amado, Arizona and Arivaca Road with my dog. Amado, Arizona is an interesting small town near Arivaca, Arizona and Arivaca Road. In this video I captured shots of the Longhorn Grill and Saloon and the old Cow Palace restaurant in Amado. I did not go inside the Longhorn Grill, I just explored the outside decorations. However, I have another video on the Longhorn Grill and Saloon linked below If you would like to give it a watch :) In this video, I also explored down Arivaca Road and captured many shots of beautiful horses, nature, and the Arizona sunset near Amado.

-Cocoon is a sculpture and public art piece in Tucson, Arizona made by artists Blessing Hancock Joseph O' Connell and Nina Borgia-Aberle. 

-The description of the artwork states "Cocoon is a sculpture that is meant to be experienced not just observed. We would like you to feel a sense of rebirth and transformation as you leave the open landscape, move through the cocoon and emerge at the other end. Take some shade in this scaled up model of the shelters that local insects build for themselves." 

-This sculpture is located near Houghton and Drexel Road in Tucson, Arizona. In this video I check out the Cocoon sculpture and watch the sunset. It sometimes lights up with LEDs.

-I had to choose a public art piece in Tucson to look at for an assignment in my college art class. I chose this piece and I thought that it was unique. Although it is just a simple sculpture, I thought that I would make a video on it.

The Tucson Botanical Gardens in Tucson, Arizona is a gorgeous place filled with art, decorations, nature, flowers, and wildlife! Some of the art and decorations are bird houses, dinosaur statues, and paintings. There are also lots of creatures and wildlife to see at the Tucson Botanical Gardens such as butterflies, chickens, hummingbirds, and tortoises! Agua Caliente Park in Tucson, Arizona is a beautiful place with gorgeous palm trees, nature, and ponds. Agua Caliente Park is in Pima County. In this video I capture shots of the ponds, flowers, old mesquite tree, and trails. One thing I have always loved about Agua Caliente Park is all the turtles. In this video I captured underwater footage of turtles at Agua Caliente Park. It was pretty difficult to get the footage of the turtles underwater, but I managed to do it! If you are looking for Tucson parks and ponds this is a great area to visit!
