RAMSEY COUNTY, MN - Starting Friday, August 13, and while supplies last, Ramsey County will provide $100 VISA gift cards to anybody who receives COVID-19 vaccine at a Saint Paul – Ramsey County Public Health facility. No papers or documentation is needed to get the gift cards.

"With COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations rising again in our communities as a result of the much more contagious Delta variant, it's more important than ever that everyone who is eligible gets vaccinated," said Saint Paul – Ramsey County Public Health Director Sara Hollie.

Everyone is urged to obtain a vaccination and a gift card regardless of where they reside. Starting Friday, August 13, the county's incentive will only be given for COVID-19 vaccinations received at a Saint Paul – Ramsey County Public Health clinic. They will not be accessible for vaccinations from pharmacies, doctors or other non-Ramsey County facilities. Call 651-266-1190 or contact a Community Connector to locate a Ramsey County-run clinic.

This gift card incentive is distinct from the state of Minnesota's.

Vaccine recipients at Saint Paul-Ramsey County Public Health clinics may be eligible for up to $200 in gift cards from the county and state. More details regarding the state incentive may be found at mn.gov/covid19/100. Those who had their shots on August 14 at the Oxford Community Center or the Irish Fair may be eligible for county and state gift cards. Ramsey County operates COVID clinics.

The COVID-19 vaccination is free, and no ID is needed. Saint Paul-Ramsey County Public Health and Ramsey County's Racial Equity and Community Engagement Response Team have teamed together to provide the gift cards.
