Last Sunday, three whisk-wielding Scotsman assumed control of my kitchen. I'd never participated in—let alone heard of—a TV premiere cook-along, but if ever I was down for one, this was it. The event was a prelude to the first episode of Men in Kilts, the new Starz series that follows Sam Heughan and Graham McTavish around their native Scotland—a pastime I'd been woefully deprived of since (spoiler alert for anyone who's at least three seasons behind on Outlander) the duo's 18th-century alter-egos, um, quit roving the Highlands together.
